The stunning Sapphire condominium in Fort Lauderdale celebrated a construction milestone recently as the twin 12-story towers were topped off. A ceremonial 20-foot Royal Palm tree and an American flag, in honor of the troops serving abroad, were placed on the roof signifying the completion of vertical construction.

"Sapphire will be the newest, most luxurious addition to the rejuvenated Fort Lauderdale beach skyline," said Joel Altman, chairman and CEO of The Altman Companies, developer of Sapphire and other luxurious residences in South Florida. "What makes this milestone especially significant to us is that it comes during our company's 40th anniversary year. Sapphire is a magnificent addition to our family of communities."
Sapphire will feature 172 spacious condominium residences many with ocean and Intracoastal views. Residents can choose from a selection of floor plans ranging in size from 1,274 to 2,680 square feet of living space. Two-bedroom-plus-den residences are priced from the mid-$500,000s, three-bedroom residences from the $800,000s and penthouses from $1.28 million. Occupancy is anticipated for next season.
Adding to the allure of Sapphire are the resort-style amenities, exciting beach lifestyle and a complimentary membership to the prominent Club at Harbor Beach Marriot Resort & Spa presented to each resident.
"The Altman Companies has set the standard of excellence in the industry with Sapphire as the ultimate example," said Laurie Ingber, co-owner of Premier Sales Group, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Sapphire. "Sapphire has it all - beauty, elegance, attention to detail, breathtaking ocean and Intracoastal views, phenomenal amenities, The Club at Harbor Beach and much more. That's what sets Sapphire apart."
