A new three-story office building and two single-story retail buildings are under construction by Mammoth Equities in the City of Henderson, Nevada adjacent to its award-winning Henderson I building completed earlier this year.
"We are putting the same kind of amenities and quality into the new project that earned our first building an award as one of the best economic development projects within the City of Henderson in 2006," said Robert Wish, founder and chairman of Southern-California based Mammoth Equities.
The award was presented at a joint program sponsored by the City and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
Henderson II will consist of a Class A, 66,284-square foot office building and two retail buildings of 8,274 and 5,308 square feet. Like all Mammoth office buildings, the new Henderson location is designed for the dynamic small business market. Corporate space will be divided into multiple suites ranging in size from two to ten individual offices ready for immediate occupancy. Each suite will be fully equipped with its own air conditioning system and pre-wired for high-speed broadband Internet and phone access. A range of distinctive features will create an attractive, productive and prestigious working environment. These include top-tier contemporary architecture and an elaborate central courtyard highlighted by desert landscaping and an exotic waterscape.
Tenants will benefit from an advanced security system controlling access, along with the Web-based Mammoth Equities tenant support system, accessible around the clock.
The steel-frame office structure is located at 2520 Saint Rose Parkway, just off Interstate 215, the Southern Las Vegas Belt. Addresses for the retail buildings are 2510 and 2530 Saint Rose Parkway.
