The Oaks at Fallon Park, the first new home neighborhood with a pool and clubhouse inside the beltline in over 50 years, announced today its partnership with four well-respected Raleigh builders to construct 88 ENERGY STAR© certified homes. The builder team includes Dixon/Kirby & Company, Legacy Custom Homes, Poythress Construction Company and Timberline Builders.
The Oaks at Fallon Park, developed by Grubb Ventures, a leading infill development company in the Triangle, will feature 3,000-3,800 square foot homes starting in the $700s. These homes will provide contemporary housing features including gourmet kitchens, luxurious baths, generous closets, and premium moldings and finishes inside of traditionally inspired designs on alley-fed lots.
"The builder team was the glue to bring this neighborhood together. We must have interviewed fifteen or so builders, and the team we selected was committed to the highest level of quality and overall design of the neighborhood," said Gordon Grubb, president and CEO of Grubb Ventures, LLC.
This project breathes new life into an old neighborhood, resulting in a development that will successfully blend urban living within the fabric of the traditional neighborhood. Each home will be individual and unique, but the architecture will mesh seamlessly with surrounding communities to preserve the historical integrity of the Five Points area.
