An all-star lineup of prominent South Florida developers, power brokers and real estate professionals will highlight the conference and educational segment of the second annual Miami New Construction Show in October.
"At the inaugural show last year, panel discussions on the future of the South Florida luxury condo marketplace, emerging trends, financing and the history of development in the Greater Miami area drew large audiences," said Anita Funtek, founder and CEO of the Miami New Construction Show.
"This year's lineup of panelists will be even more focused on views from developers, buyer preferences and emerging marketplace trends," she added.
Scheduled to take place between October 22 and 25 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Miami New Construction Show is designed to give buyers and investors a one-stop venue of the latest in new and emerging luxury condominium projects in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Last year's three-day exhibition attracted nearly 15,000 visitors. This year's expanded four-day event is expected to draw up to 25,000 visitors from around Florida, the U.S. and a variety of foreign countries in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Scores of developers from around the region have registered to showcase their luxury condo projects at the convention center. Between visits to the exhibition areas, the public will also be afforded the opportunity to hear from front line players in the marketplace.
Each day, the Miami New Construction Show will conduct panel discussions designed to educate consumers and investors about pricing, current and emerging market trends and buyer motivations.
