US based community developer, Crescent Resources has commenced construction on the $52 million luxury apartment named Circle South Park.
Construction of the apartments is likely to be completed by the summer of 2013. The new apartments will include 321 residences and will be located in Carnegie Boulevard next to the Piedmont Town Centre. The building will feature classical architecture in compliance with the surroundings.
The apartments will feature a combination of studio and single and double bedroom residences. Interiors will include stainless steel kitchen appliances, stone countertops, Moen fixtures, wood cabinetry and designer lightings. The apartments are being financed by J.P. Morgan Real Estate Banking and mezzanine financing from Nationwide Real Estate Investments.
Amenities in the community includes Wi-Fi service, an advanced clubroom, gaming area, resort style saltwater pool, aqua sundeck, lounging area and kitchen area, a dog park covering an area of two acres, walking trail and a scenic pond. The lead architects for the project are The Preston Partnership with the landscape architect being LandDesign and interior designer being Vignette Interior Design. The general contractors for the project will be State Building Group. The project will seek LEED certification in the near future.
Circle developments specialise in providing customers with a new breed of architecture. They have already developed various properties such as Concord Mills, Circle West Campus in Austin and Gallery at Cameron Village.
