According to the MD of Leasing for the company’s Denver portfolio, John Zogg, the certification received for the three buildings are driven by the rising demand from customers for LEED certified buildings.

The Johns Manville Plaza is Class A office property measuring 675,400 sq.ft and rising up to 29 stories. The company plans to enhance the building by increasing the seating and other retail facilities at the building by 2012. 707, 17th street is located next to the John Manville Plaza and measures 550,000 sq.ft and holds a total of 22 floors.
