The O’Donnell Group has broken the ground to commence the construction of an industrial park over a 64-acre area in Banning, California.
The group has commenced the project on a speculative basis considering the current requirements of industrial properties speculating a strong user demand in the future.
The construction project when completed will have a total of 12 industrial buildings offering an area of over 1.2 million square feet for use. The project will include the development of a cross-dock distribution building having around 786,000 square foot area. The building to be constructed will meet the LEED standards and have a ceiling clearance height of around 30 ft, large truck courts, an ESFR sprinkler system, visibility to the freeway and a storage facility for a number of trailers.
The industrial park is situated at Ramsey and Hathaway St, in Banning California close to the 60 and 215 freeways and of the 10 freeway. Its strategic location will enable it to perform as the logistic hub for distributors located in West Coast and offer logistics base for the companies that provide services to areas in Southern California, local ports and other parts of the USA.
The industrial park construction is anticipated to be completed and ready for occupation by the fall of 2011.
