OneBuild Announces Acquisition of Oregon’s Integrated Building Solutions

OneBuild, a provider of building modules and other elements required for the construction industry located in the West Coast, has declared that it has taken over Integrated Building Solutions (IBS) of Oregon, which is a southern Oregon located company producing customized modular components.

Through an all-stock transaction, OneBuild has taken over all the ongoing operations and assets of IBS and contracted a lease accord for its production facility located at Klamath Falls in Oregon.

According to Dale Sperling, OneBuild’s chief executive officer and president, OneBuild will continue to retain the present management team and the owners of IBS for the purpose of developing its management team and for improving its manufacturing capability. OneBuild believes that the take over of IBS will allow the company to combine the effectiveness of both the companies to overcome the challenges faced in the construction industry by providing viable alternatives. Sperling said that OneBuild will provide the required corporate base for IBS to reach the Puget Sound market by providing its expert services in real estate and development in Oregon and Washington.

Sperling further stated that the production facility of IBS at Klamath Falls incorporates the latest Weinmann robotic device to allow accurate level of construction under a moderate setting to ensure improved level of output, and reduced level of waste in comparison with conventional onsite construction methods. The method also results in energy savings.
