The Millennium Waterway Ave became the first apartments in The Woodlands TX to receive the coveted LEED® Silver certification designating it as an eco-friendly building to live in. The new luxury apartments, located just north of Houston, opened last summer.
LEED is an internationally recognized certification program developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) to provide guidelines and independent third-party verification of a building's green design, construction and operation. Various levels of certification can be reached by meeting specifications set by the USGBC.
