Florida-Based Vertical V Focuses Growth with New Acquisition

Vertical V, Inc., a company recently founded to provide construction quality engineering, testing and inspection services to the building and infrastructure industry for federal, state and local agencies, educational systems, healthcare facilities, insurance and financial institutions, real estate projects, energy, and industry clientele, announced today the acquisition of the Construction Materials Testing and Geotechnical Engineering Divisions of Bureau Veritas North America.

Vertical V is headquartered in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and assumed Bureau Veritas’ construction materials testing and engineering operations from six (6) locations in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and California. Vertical V’s service offerings also include construction quality assurance, construction materials testing, special inspections, geotechnical engineering, property condition assessments, forensic engineering, and project/construction management.
