Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH) has partnered with AVID Ratings to measure customer satisfaction in all its divisions throughout the U.S.
Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH), the ninth largest homebuilder in the United States, has made the switch to AVID Ratings for customer satisfaction surveys. As of January 1st, 2010, AVID will be conducting research at key designated points throughout the build cycle for each new Meritage homeowner. The research will cover the overall home buying experience and all of the processes, ranging from sales to correction of orientation items, as well as the personnel, the quality of service, the materials used, the quality of workmanship, and even the referral potential of each homebuyer. AVID will then analyze the collection of responses for Meritage’s management team and provide suggestions regarding how to further improve each customer’s experience. All of the survey data will be tabulated and available online through AVID Reports™, which will allow Meritage real-time tracking of their responses and the ability to respond to concerns and reinforce positive programs.
