Systemates Reports on its Acheivements in 2009

Systemates, Inc. enjoyed customer successes and new version releases in 2009 with their award-winning construction project management software, Projectmates. Systemates released two new versions in 2009 and built customized project management solutions for two large clients while expanding their web presence.

Projectmates 9.0 was released in March '09, offering a new project home page with customizable dashboards including a new "Ball-In-Court" calendar. "I think the changes made to Projectmates are great!" blogged Larissa Wiley from Sunbelt Services. "The home page for the stores displaying the map, latest uploads/updates, and file storage space is really nice. Not too much for the eye to absorb, since all the aspects are compartmentalized in their own little areas."

By June of '09, Systemates released Projectmates 9.5, which featured an improved Preventative Maintenance and Repair Work Orders module. Systemates wrapped up the year with version 10.0 - offering a completely revamped financial module featuring Earned Value Analysis, Improved Budget Tracking and Portfolio Management.

Systemates also successfully launched Projectmates integration with Oracle accounting system for one of the nation's largest S&P 500 retailer client. Another large government healthcare client integrated their labor timesheets process with Projectmates financial tracking, allowing the client to get a clear picture of total project costs in real time.

In keeping with their customer service objective, Systemates amped up their blog activity by featuring helpful tips and best practices for users, and launched a new Projectmates User group on LinkedIn that has already signed up 130 users within two weeks of launching it!

"Looking back at the year, we can say with great pride that we enjoyed many note-worthy achievements," says Hemant Bhave, Vice President of Systemates. "We approach 2010 with great excitement as we have many innovative ideas up our sleeves and we cannot wait to get cracking on them so we can roll these out to our customers."
