CMARK International, Inc., (OTC Pink Sheets: CMIT) a global provider of facility and logistic support services for government and commercial institutions has expanded its core facility product and services into energy audits as well as design, production, and installation of solar energy systems for U.S. Government facilities.
CMARK is a licensed general contractor and an architectural firm with a history of construction and design projects for U.S. government facilities. The company has completed a variety of facility support projects for the U.S. government including complex design build construction projects, electrical projects, outfitting of various dining facilities, and a number of furniture and furnishings projects.
Over the past six months the company has spent considerable resource with regard to pursuing energy audits and proposed solutions and has just allied itself with Dalmation Global Solar Co., out of Morristown, N.J., to now have the full spectrum of design and production capabilities for complete energy projects from survey and assessment to final installation. In addition CMARK is looking hard at ensuring that any OEM production efforts has a strong veteran and service disabled veteran employment plan.
"With the broad facility support credentials and experience that CMARK has along with significant opportunities as well as incentives from the economic stimulus plan (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the timing is right for this move expanding into this sector with U.S. government facilities," said Charles Jones, president of CMARK.
"We are continuing to spend considerable resource in product and infrastructure development, and considering the current and projected future strength of the U.S. government marketplace, we feel we have the necessary strategy to continue our growth plans."
