Today SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced that Bechtel Corporation will deploy 20,000 seats of SuccessFactors Business Execution Software (BizX) across its workforce in nearly 50 countries.
Bechtel is one of the world's largest engineering, construction and project management companies with 44,000 employees. SuccessFactors' BizX suite will help the company retain top performers and efficiently recruit talent.
With dozens of simultaneous projects taking place worldwide, many of which require ongoing recruiting efforts throughout the term of the project, Bechtel turned to SuccessFactors Recruiting Management to have greater visibility into its internal talent base before creating external requisitions.
