UK House Building Market Looks Optimistic

The latest Housebuilder Watch, just published by Competitive Advantage, shows that Developer optimism continues to improve with 26% expecting their Starts to be higher in Q4 than Q3 and 47% of National Developers saying that they will be opening new sites during Q4 of 2009.

Housebuilder optimism has also continued to rise, an upward trend which started in January this year.

Half of RSLs expect their level of Starts to remain the same in Q4 of 2009 and throughout 2010.
