Shaikh Holdings, a Dubai based real estate investment and development company, has made substantial construction progress on its award-winning golf development -- Sanctuary Falls. The developer has achieved significant milestones over the past 18 months, and has been working diligently to build the 99 villa community and deliver on its commitment to its residents. The final finishes are currently being applied to the first show villa which will be fully completed and unveiled following the Dubai World Championship, while the remaining villas are on schedule for completion starting early 2010.
