Advanced Film Solutions, Tampa Bay's fastest growing window film provider has agreed to partner with Huper Optik Window Films.
Mike Feldman, President of Advanced Film Solutions describes the relationship as, "A natural progression since Florida residents very often require a window film that has absolutely zero reflectivity" The Huper Optik German Technology Films are manufactured with Nano-Ceramic thin film, non conductive materials. "These Huper Optik Ceramic Series window films tackle the invisible electro-magnetic spectrum or Infrared. "Infrared wavelengths are responsible for 50% of what we feel as heat" , Mr. Feldman indicated. The Huper Optik Films provide more daylighting which reduces the consumer's electric cost, while simultaneously reducing copious amounts of heat.
The result is a "unique solution". Non metallic film that will not interfere with fiber optic communications or satellite transmissions or cell phones. Superior optical clarity and available in a 8 ML thick version that will hold glass in place during windstorms or smash and grab situations.
"Daylighting is quite frankly the only way to go if you care about protecting your scenic view." The Huper Optik films meet all Deed Restrictions that typically restrict sputtered metallic reflective films. Retail stores prefer a non reflective "shiny" film to maintain visibility into the store. This is also critical for security reasons as law enforcement can see through the windows.
The Huper Optik Films are available in wider widths that eliminate the need to seam a window.
"Huper Optik and Advanced Film Solutions have created an unbeatable combination for Tampa Bay" said Mr. Feldman. We are very encouraged by the success we have had with these films and the reception we have received from the Tampa Bay prestige home community.
