The homebuilder Beazer Homes USA Inc. (NYSE:BZH) has fired its general counsel for undisclosed violations of company policies, according to a regulatory filing. The Atlanta-based company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Wednesday that Kenneth J. Gary was terminated for cause effective two days earlier "for a pattern of personal conduct which includes violations of company policies."
