Eastbrook Homes received Eliant awards in several categories at the 2006 National Roundtable on Homebuyer Satisfaction held in Anaheim in October. Eliant is recognized as the building industry's leading provider of new home customer experience management and satisfaction monitoring services. They conduct homebuyer surveys for over 430 builders nationwide a total of three times after closing on issues relative to sales, construction, selection, quality and overall satisfaction.
The Eastbrook Team ranked 2nd in both Overall Quality and Highest Referral Rate based upon completed homebuyer surveys and was also recognized in these additional areas:
- 3rd in home readiness
- 4th in finance/closing experience
- 4th in overall customer service experience
