FlowSense announced today that it has been invited by the Perini Building Company to attend a diversity workshop and inclusive interviews regarding the company participation in the construction of a $7 billion development project in Las Vegas.
On September 20, 2006, Paul Smallwood, Owner and President of FlowSense Building Services Group will attend the workshop hosted by the Perini Building Company to learn about building relationships through diversity. "We are honored having been selected as an approved Perini's vendor/contractor for the Project CityCenter," stated Smallwood. "We already have strong proven track records with previous construction projects in Vegas for our federal government clients. To contribute and help build the largest privately financed project in the US is an opportunity of a life time for FlowSense Building Services Group."
Project CityCenter is a 66 acre mixed use development project proposed by MGM MIRAGE on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The development will be on the site of the now imploded Boardwalk Hotel and Casino and adjoining land between the Bellagio and the Monte Carlo, and will be connected to these resorts via a state-of-the-art people mover system. Project CityCenter is one of the largest building construction programs currently underway in the United States. The total cost of the project is expected to exceed $7 billion.
