Swinerton Builders Sacramento, a commercial contractor, announced that Adventist Health, a nonprofit integrated health system, has selected Swinerton to build their new, 250,000-square-foot corporate campus in Roseville, California.
"We are extremely pleased to partner with Adventist Health in building their new campus in Roseville, California," said Swinerton Builders Sacramento Vice President and Division Manager Alan Wolf. "Their integrity and commitment to their employees and the Roseville community makes Adventist Health an ideal partner. Together, we look forward to delivering a campus that reflects the culture of Adventist Health."
The Sacramento office of Swinerton Builders operates a 200-employee office and has completed marquee projects in the region including CalSTRS, Meridian Plaza and 2020 Gateway. Swinerton is currently constructing the Downtown Commons Hotel.
The new campus located in Roseville at the intersection of North Sunrise Avenue and Stone Point Drive, consists of a ground up, class A office building on a 28-acre site. As Adventist Health continues to grow their operation, the new campus will consolidate employees from five locations into one campus.
"The amount of energy within the construction community is amazing, and Swinerton led the way with an intense work ethic, competitive processes, and team approach," said Adventist Health Owners' Representative Al Deininger. "We are confident that Swinerton will be an excellent partner as we transition from paper to bricks and mortar."
