KB Home, one of the nation’s largest and most recognized homebuilders, today announced the grand opening of its new Miller Ranch community in Converse, which offers spacious one- and two-story energy-efficient floor plans with easy access to IH-35, IH-10 and Loop 1604.
In addition to the advantages of Miller Ranch’s proximity to downtown San Antonio and major employers such as Toyota, Randolph A.F.B. and Fort Sam Houston, residents can enjoy a community park with a children’s playscape, picnic pavilion and a walking trail, as well as the sports court and tennis courts at nearby Friendship Park. A Walmart Superstore and a variety of family-friendly restaurants and shopping centers are also a short distance away. Children living in Miller Ranch will attend Judson ISD schools such as Karen Wagner High School, which is directly across the street from the community’s entrance.
Ranging from 1,353 to 2,708 square feet, buyers can choose among the floor plans offered at Miller Ranch with three to six bedrooms and a minimum of two baths, and further customize their homes to include spaces such as great rooms and lofts. All floor plans include a two-car garage and exteriors featuring stucco, stone and brick combinations. Pricing begins in the $160,000s.
Two decorated model homes are available for tours daily. Grand opening activities will take place Saturday, July 11, with free food and prizes for those who attend.
All KB homes, including those at Miller Ranch, are ENERGY STAR® certified, meaning they are designed to be more energy-efficient than most typical new and resale homes available in the area. The water- and energy-saving features built into every new KB home can also help homeowners save money on their monthly utility bills.
