New Report on Construction Market in Spain

Research and Markets has announced the addition of the "Construction Market in Spain 2015-2019" report to their offering.

Commenting on the report, an analyst from the research team said: With rising concerns over energy consumption by buildings and the resulting environmental impact, as well as an increase in energy prices, construction companies in Spain are increasing their focus on the development of energy-efficient buildings. These buildings are constructed using solar energy and energy-efficient building materials that cause low environmental damage. The demand for such buildings is rapidly increasing, which is prompting many building contractors to implement energy-efficient methods in construction. The government also introduced a new law in 2013 that requires property owners to obtain an energy-efficiency certificate before selling or leasing property. In addition, the Madrid Land Agent Association is in discussion with the government to provide tax benefits to energy-efficient buildings, which is expected to boost the use of energy-efficient methods in construction.
