The Construction Users Roundtable (CURT) announced Brock Services LLC has won the annual Construction Industry Safety Excellence (CISE) Award for Special Trade Contractors performing more than 3 million work hours per year. The award was presented to Russell Klinegardner, Sr. Vice President of EHS for The Brock Group, at the CURT CISE Constructor Awards event on November 11 in Houston, Texas.
"This award is made possible by the ongoing safety efforts of each Brock employee," said Bob Pragada, president and CEO of The Brock Group. The Construction Users Roundtable is an association of leading corporations dedicated to the promotion of cost effective construction methods. The members, as major consumers of construction services, seek to foster improved construction safety performance through recognition of the achievement of excellence and the promotion of proven effective work practices.
The CISE program seeks to encourage efforts to improve safety by recognizing safety leaders in all segments of the construction industry. Award applications were distributed to CURT members as well as leading national contractor associations and local construction user councils throughout the United States and Canada.
