N.N. Jaeschke, Inc.(NNJ), an Associa company, is pleased to announce that the community of Arterro at La Costa and its building design firm, Davidson Communities, are winners of the 2014 Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) excellence in design, planning and development award.

“We are so proud of Davidson Communities and honored to be the association management company for this award-winning community,” says NNJ President & CEO, Ned Heiskell. “We knew we had a gem on our hands when we were chosen back in May to manage the homeowners association, but we had no idea about the prestige that was to follow.”

Selected from a field of more than 600 entrants, Arterro at La Costa took top honors for its thoughtful architecture and exceptional detail highlighting the gracious homes nestled in the rolling hills of North County San Diego. Residences feature three to six bedrooms and offer three car garages with floor plans from 3,288 to 4,434 square feet. The neighborhood is located adjacent to La Costa Town Center Square and features a pedestrian friendly shopping experience.
