Orleans Homes to Build Three New Raleigh-Area Communities

Orleans Homes is excited to announce that it will be building in three new Raleigh-area communities, with homes available this summer and fall.

The new communities—two offering single family homes and one featuring townhomes—reflect Orleans Homes' focus on growing its footprint in the Raleigh area.

"North Carolina has always been a great market for Orleans Homes," said Mitch Sanner, Orleans' Raleigh Division President. "With these new communities, we're really taking advantage of the wonderful reception we've gotten in Raleigh."

Colvin Park in Apex is a new community, offering award-winning single family home designs, not to mention its own lake, cabana and clubhouse. It's close to so many conveniences and residents will appreciate the easy commute to downtown Raleigh.

At Stone Mill Falls in Wake Forest, homebuyers choose from six new single family home floorplans from the mid $300s. This new community is close to shopping, dining and tons of recreation.

The Townes at WoodCreek is a resort-style community in Holly Springs. In addition to a great new townhome, residents will love the pool with a lazy river and waterslide, not to mention tennis courts, a fitness center and more. Holly Springs was recently ranked by BusinessWeek as one of the "Top Places to Raise Kids."

"These communities offer options for everyone," said Sue Nicol, the Raleigh Division's Director of Sales and Marketing. "We love the opportunity to open awesome new communities in Colvin Park and Stone Mill Falls. The Townes at WoodCreek gives us a chance to introduce the Orleans lifestyle into an already thriving neighborhood. Homebuyers will love it."
