Located within the highly-acclaimed Alaqua Country Club, this private, gated community offers a retreat for home buyers away from the busy life of the city. The community is near the scenic Wekiva Preserve, and offers direct access to miles of walking trails and wildlife viewing to allow homeowners to connect with nature.

"The Reserve at Alaqua provides the opportunity to enjoy an active lifestyle with access to a private, champion-designed golf course and a well-appointed club house," said Jay Lewis, Orlando President for Standard Pacific Homes. "Plus, the new floor plans incorporate thoughtful features that were designed to enhance the in-home experience."

These homes are designed to maximize the beautiful setting of the surrounding area. This includes a wonderful outdoor area complete with a covered lanai. This outdoor retreat is located just outside of the spacious Great Room, creating a contiguous living area that contributes to the comfortable and relaxed lifestyle that the community has to offer. The homes also include a spa-like master bath, which offer a more private retreat for homeowners. Some of the home designs offer first floor master suites and the choice to include an upstairs bonus room.

Ranging in size from 3,200 to 4,200 square feet, these homes offer up to five bedrooms and six baths. The gated community offers historically inspired elevations including European Cottage, Mediterranean Italianate and Spanish exterior styles. The homes also come equipped with spacious two car and split three car garages.

In addition to the Wekiva Preserve and Alaqua Country Club, home buyers will also get to enjoy the numerous shopping and entertainment venues at the Colonial Town Park and Oakmonte Plaza. Seminole County offers miles of hiking, biking and jogging trails, and the children of the community will have the opportunity to attend the schools of the prestigious Seminole County School District.
