YIT CityStroi Starts Construction on New Apartment Building Project in Uspensky

YIT’s Russian subsidiary in Moscow, YIT CityStroi, has started the construction of a new apartment building project in Uspensky in the premium Odintsovo district, some 20 kilometres west of the Moscow Ring Road. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 15 million, and it is estimated to be completed in late 2015.

The apartment building project named Apila consists of four three-storey buildings. A total of close to 200 apartments will be constructed in the project, with a total floor area of approximately 9,000 floor square metres. The sizes of the apartments range from studios to four-room apartments. The project includes, in addition, a total of nine business premises with a combined floor area of some 650 floor square metres.

“This is already the third YIT project constructed in suburban areas west of Moscow. Another YIT project located close to the new project, Gorky-10, has been a success in terms of sales, and we believe that demand for the new project will be excellent as well. All of the best aspects of urban living meet here. The areas surrounding the Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway going through the community make up a clean living environment in the vicinity of excellent services and good traffic connections,” says Viktor Luha, General Director of YIT CityStroi.
