Single-family homes start from the low $300,000s.
For lower-maintenance living, Westwoods Mesa paired homes offer floor plans between 1,443 and 1,928 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three baths. Homeowners can enjoy a private side yard for entertaining, pets, or gardening, and explore designer options at the KB Home Studio, a retail-like design center that showcases options for lighting, flooring, cabinetry, and more. Paired homes start from the mid $200,000s.
