Standard Pacific Homes, one of the nation's leaders in homebuilding quality, today announced the Grand Opening of Laurelton at Blackstone in the premiere master-planned community of El Dorado Hills and the Grand Opening of sister community, Bellmore and Stratford at Parkgate in Elk Grove.

Between the two communities, Sacramento area home shoppers will have the choice of 10 new stunning home designs that showcase Standard Pacific Homes' innovative architectural concepts including Great Rooms, gourmet kitchens, outdoor California rooms and unique features such as a spa space for the pets in the family. The highly anticipated Grand Opening Events are set for this weekend, January 25 and 26. Doors to the new models open at 10 a.m.

Laurelton at Blackstone
Home shoppers at Laurelton at Blackstone will be greeted with intricate exterior styles including Classic Tudor, Spanish Colonial and European Cottage that create a stunning street scene in this highly-desirable location. Ranging in size from 2,954 to 4,546 square feet, the single and two-story home designs offer up to seven bedrooms and five-and-one-half bathrooms.
