Award-winning architectural firm Locati and Associates has created three spectacular semi-custom home plans exclusively for Whitetail Club, a private golf community in McCall, Idaho. The Locati Collection was imagined by firm principal and renowned Montana-based architect Jerry Locati, who sought to add convenience to the custom home design and building process.

Owners can purchase the floor plan and, if desired, work with Locati or a builder of their choice to make it their own.
Architect Jerry Locati founded his Bozeman, Mont. firm in 1989 and has since become a leader in the high-end residential market and continues expansion into commercial and resort areas. Locati's work has earned him the 2013 American Institute of Architects Merit Award for Design Excellence as well as multiple Best in American Living and Gold Nugget Awards for home designs over the past decade.
