Seeyond® Architectural Solutions recently introduced its new line of ready-to-ship specialty features called Seeyond Select. The line now expands with the addition of two popular wall facings for use in commercial property environments. For the first time, one of the new Select facings (SFA-003) is available in three types of metal composite: brushed aluminum, brushed copper, or white metallic.
The other new facing (SFA-004) is available in cellular resin and comes with the option of remote controlled LED lighting.
"Our Seeyond Select line is in direct response to the market demand for ready-to-ship features," explained Kirby Rea, general manager at Seeyond. "These two new additions to the line represent the popular wall facings over the past few months. We're paying attention to the customer purchase trends and leveraging that knowledge to define Select. The marketplace continues to build the line right along with us."
To order a Seeyond Select feature, the customer simply chooses the wall or facing they want to purchase, specifies the options -- tessellation pattern, mobility, or lighting -- then places the order. The ready-to-ship feature will be sent within four weeks to a certified local partner who will deliver and install the new Seeyond Select piece for the customer.
Every Seeyond Select feature is available as a wireframe, as well as a 3D rendering for planning and presentation needs. Customers can simply visit Seeyond.com/Select or call 800-508-5455 for more information. A detailed brochure is available for download on the Seeyond Select website page.
About Seeyond
Seeyond® Architectural Solutions delivers a comprehensive approach that integrates the design, manufacturing and installation of architectural specialty features -- walls, wall facings, ceiling clouds, enclosures, and columns -- including office walls and partitions, mobile walls, lobby features, reception areas, work spaces, and wall-to-ceiling transitions. Their proprietary system provides total control of the outcome and an empowered sense of risk-free design freedom for commercial architects and designers.
Seeyond is driven by parametric-design software called the Tess™ Specification Tool, which is patent pending. The Seeyond solution proves to be an ideal approach for efficiently creating organic shape and complex form for self-structuring specialty features. Designers can access Tess through custom one-on-one online design sessions with Seeyond.
Seeyond offers two distinct paths to installing a specialty feature: Seeyond Select is a line of pre-designed features that are ready to ship; Seeyond Design offers an infinite range of features that are custom designed to specification.
Seeyond Architectural Solutions was first introduced at NeoCon in 2011. At its launch, Seeyond won a Gold Award in the Best of NeoCon competition's Architectural Products category. Seeyond also won a prestigious Innovation Award in the same competition, which was sponsored by Contract magazine. In 2012, Seeyond took a Silver Award for its new movable walls in the Best of NeoCon competition. And in 2013, Seeyond received a Gold Award for collaboration-space movable walls and a Silver Award for decorative lighting. Seeyond also has been recognized by the Interior Design Best of Year Awards in both 2012 and 2013 with Finalist and Honoree designations.
Typical market segments for Seeyond include hospitality, office, and retail environments. The average time from design through installation for custom features is two to three months. Since introduction, Seeyond has installed more than 50 unique specialty features throughout the U.S. Their pipeline continues to be filled with projects destined for well-known airports and offices, resorts and hospitals, stores and co-working spaces, restaurants and casinos.
