Cambridge Builders, Atlanta, and Swinerton Builders, San Francisco, announced today the formation of Cambridge Swinerton Builders, Inc. Cambridge and Swinerton began joint venture operations in 2010 and have constructed a series of successful multifamily residential projects in the southeastern United States.
Together they completed the SteelHouse apartment project in Orlando in 2012 and are currently constructing six other multifamily residential projects in Tampa, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Nashville. Formally launching January 1, 2014, Cambridge Swinerton Builders, Inc., will continue to be based in Atlanta.
