After serving the building industry for nearly 60 years, Sacramento based Blomberg Windows has decided to close its doors due to changes in the economy and building industry. Established in 1956, Blomberg has specialized in beautiful and stylish aluminum windows and doors and has been considered one of the top manufacturers of luxury building products in the country.
Privately owned and managed, Blomberg has served as a landmark in Sacramento and one of Sacramento’s best employers, with some employees proudly serving the company for over 40 years.
To assist in the wind down of its business and the sale of its remaining assets and properties, Blomberg has engaged Bluett & Associates. Over the next several weeks, the Company and Bluett will develop a wind down plan and work with the staff on the fulfillment of existing orders.
Co-owners Ralph Blomberg and Phil Collier came to this decision with sadness and only after careful and thorough deliberation: “Blomberg Windows has been a proud source of quality and business to Sacramento and Northern California for over 50 years, and we are proud to have served the industry and our community."

“I am honored to assist an organization that has been an important part of our community. Blomberg will leave a legacy of quality and service which will not be forgotten, nor will the many contributions of its dedicated employees.”
