Beautiful new homes are rising in the heart of Farragut, symbolizing a fresh start for The Farm at Willow Creek, a subdivision on the rise set inside one of the area's most sought after locations.
With support from Tennessee's leading real estate companies, The Farm at Willow Creek is experiencing a rebirth. The Town of Farragut recently completed renovations to its roads and drainage system. The Town of Farragut took responsibility for these issues through an official agreement with Freeman Webb Company, a prominent Tennessee-based real estate investor that now owns 40 of the lots.
With a wealth of untapped opportunities, The Farm at Willow Creek offers 80 lots with breathtaking views from atop Farragut's highest points and the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance. With new homes being built by contractors such as Maplewood Development, you will see spectacular houses, one of which was featured in the Parade of Homes tour.
"The houses Maplewood Development is building are terrific representations of where The Farm at Willow Creek is headed," said Kent Burns, Farm at Willow Creek Homeowners Association President. "We're thankful the Town of Farragut finished the infrastructure improvements, and we're also excited to have The Farm at Willow Creek back on track."
Freeman Webb Company acquired 40 of the lots from the lender and also helped the Town of Farragut jointly fund improvements to the subdivision. The Farm at Willow Creek features a private lake with a dock, gazebos, walking trails and greenspace available to all residents.
"It is a new day for The Farm at Willow Creek," continued Burns. "We have some of the top investors and builders in Tennessee real estate behind this community, creating new energy and momentum for The Farm at Willow Creek. It's an exciting time to be involved in this neighborhood."
The Farm at Willow Creek is located in the heart of Farragut bordering Willow Creek Golf Club on one side and The Vista subdivision on the other side. The 26-acre McFee Park is less than a mile away. This multi-use facility features athletic fields, walking trails, picnic pavilions, playgrounds and a splash pad, and it uses solar panels, LED lighting, rain gardens and other environmentally-friendly elements.
