2013 sees the return of Ecobuild China, 1-3 April at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, bringing big names and debate to the heart of the exhibition. Attendees will share their unique perspective on China's sustainable future.
Designed to inspire, educate and inform, the two day conference program will feature key industry speakers from leading organizations including BRE Group, Atkins, RICS, shanghaiBIM, government officials and academics in cutting edge debates and high level discussions to cover topics such as BIM in practice: enabling efficiency through high performance design; Buildings in use: key steps towards energy efficiency; Achieving excellence in low carbon construction – the role of Three Star, LEED, BREEAM and DGNB.
Ecobuild China attracted over 15,000 attendees and 127 exhibiting companies in its first year and secured its position as the region's meeting place for the sustainable built community. Building upon the anchor event in London - Ecobuild UK, combined with global chapters in India and Southeast Asia – Ecobuild China is expected to attract the most influential decision makers, architects and developers in the region.
