It's raining awards on the offices of Southwest Florida's #1 homebuilder, Lennar. Two of their fabulous new models were honored with top prizes at the Parade of Homes in Lee and Collier Counties.
Lennar has been awarded first place in the category of homes between $700's-$799, for their stunning home design called Bouganvillea in Runaway Bay at Fiddler's Creek in Collier County. They accepted the prize at the award ceremony recently hosted by the Collier Building Industry Association. In Lee County, the Trevi model at Hawthorne won a Superior Home Award, as well as eight additional awards from the Lee County Building Industry Association.

The Bouganvillea at Runaway Bay in Fiddler's Creek, a master-planned amenity filled community, has been professionally decorated by Soco Interiors. The one-story model offers 2,800 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths and a study.
