Schumacher Homes Felicitated with Gold National Design Award

Schumacher Homes, is honored to have received the Gold National Design Award at the 2013 International Builders Show in Las Vegas, NV, one of the building industry's most prestigious events. This event celebrates innovation, creativity and excellence in architectural design.

The Blue Ridge model home in Asheville, NC – an Earnhardt Collection™ home – won the Home of the Year award – the highest honor for the best design in the country as decided by a distinguished panel of judges.

The Blue Ridge is the first Schumacher model in the Earnhardt Collection™ and features wood timber ceilings, stone architectural accents, an inviting outdoor kitchen, and a wall of windows to bring in natural light. These signature homes were designed in collaboration with the Earnhardt family and focus on the love of the great outdoors.
