NexCore Group Completes St. Anthony North Medical Pavilion in Westminster

NexCore Group, one of the topmost healthcare real estate promoters of the country, has wrapped up St. Anthony North Medical Pavilion extending over 48,000 sq. ft. in Westminster, Colorado, which is a quickly developing region in the suburbs of the north Denver metropolis.

St. Anthony North Medical Pavilion is an independent structure that functions as the emergency wing and medical office building of the St. Anthony North Hospital. The outpatient unit is second among three that NexCore will develop in 2012.

NexCore promoted the Medical Pavilion in partnership with St. Anthony North Hospital at a cost of $26 million. St. Anthony is an all-service, critical care neighborhood hospital and a member of Centura Health, which is Colorado’s biggest chain of hospitals and healthcare services.

In the beginning of September, the Medical Pavilion will commence to provide more than 220,000 persons various hospital services inclusive of a 24-hour emergency unit, a laboratory, an imaging center that will have MRI, CT, ultrasound and general radiology, a clinic, a center for breast imaging for women, and a heliport (Flight for Life crisis air transport).

Primary care and specialty physicians employed by the hospital will administer various extra services at the hospital clinic. Recently, St. Anthony North has entered a lease agreement to accommodateits gastrointestinal lab in the Medical Pavilion, which will also function as a licensed ambulatory surgery unit. With this lease, the building is inhabited to 97% capacity.

A lavish inaugural ceremony for the Medical Pavilion was conducted on August 29. The various hospital services will be made accessible officially to people from early September. May Eye Clinic, Advantage ENT, and True Orthopedics are already seeing patients in their new rooms since a month.
