Eco Building Products, which manufactures treated wood products, has reported that the company has received more releases for EWP, trusses, labor and lumber products treated with Eco Red Shield coating.
These additional releases accounts for gross revenues of more than $515,000 to Eco Building Products. Cornerstone Communities has released four more triplex's on the company’s current contract to construct 37 triplex's comprising 111 units for Cornerstone Communities’ ‘Veranza II’ project situated in ‘The Summit at Eastlake’ Chula Vista, California. Heritage Building and Development has released 11 more homes at the Santa Rita project situated in Otay Mesa, Chula Vista, California.
Eco Building Products’ E Build & Truss division will be accountable for providing framing truss and labor packages treated with Eco Red Shield protection. These releases are for existing contract orders with production home builders. Eco Building Products is now working aggressively to expand the contract base in order to increase the overall contract releases per month.
Eco Building Products’ President and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Conboy stated that the company constantly witnesses an increase in releases from its existing contract base. The Southern California market is progressing rapidly when compared to previous years with housing commences. The company has alerted its local sales team to receive more contracts from production home builders in order to increase the top line revenues at the level of forecasts.
