Tyler Technologies started work on development of its new corporate and division headquarters at Plano, Texas, covering 142,000 sq.ft. Tyler Technologies is a significant provider of software solutions in the United States.

The new headquarters will be situated at 5101 Tennyson Parkway where the earlier Plano Family YMCA was, in the Legacy Business Park in Plano. KDC will promote and manage Tyler’s new 26-acre campus. KDC is one among the foremost commercial real estate and investment organizations of the United States. Tyler intends to bring together in its new corporate office its workforce from its Courts & Justice Division of 6500 International Parkway Plano and those from its current headquarters at 5949 Sherry Lane in Dallas. The development is expected to be completed in August 2013. The new office will accommodate over 300 employees. The new office of Tyler Technologies at Plano will comprise a three-floor administrative building of 82,000 sq.ft, linked through a see-through ground floor walkway to the former two-floor YMCA building of 60,000 sq. ft.
The current structure will be refurbished as the new Courts & Justice product development center of the organization and will also include a fitness center and a café with a view of a green area and waterway. The building’s exterior structure and architecture will remain essentially unchanged. The new corporate complex will be surrounded by luxuriant green, park-like environs with waterways stretching over 26 ac. HKS Architects is conceiving the architecture and Hill & Wilkinson is the general contractor of the new office. BLUM Consulting Engineers, Inc., Brockette, Davis & Drake Engineers, and TGB Landscape Architects are also a part of the undertaking.
