Carlisle Wide Plank Floors, a manufacturer of high-end wood floors with aesthetic hand sculpted artwork and elegant designs, has come out with its plan to capture more of the ever-growing market, especially in China, by opening eight more showrooms besides the ones already existing in Wuxi and Nantong.
Carlisle, the 47-year-old brand for wooden floors, will open the showrooms in upscale areas of China such as Chong Qing, Nanjing, Liuzhou, Wulumuqi, Kunming, and Shenzhen. As per a recent publishing, China is in competition with Japan as the biggest global market for luxury commodities. Sales revenues are forecast to touch 27 billion dollars by 2015 with an 18% yearly increase.
Michael Stanek, CEO of Carlisle Wide Plank Floorts, sees great potential for the organization in China as a supplier of upscale, retail wooden flooring options. He adds that the expansion plan would be supported by well-planned coalitions with those in the local market to obtain new consumers who would opt for the elegant wood floor finishes.
The wood planks of Carlisle are well known for their width and range from 5 to 22 inches. They are backed by quality craftsmanship and a lot of consideration to each customer’s specific requirements. Carlisle has seen plenty of growth over the years. One factor that has not changed is its attention to customers’ needs and delivering on its promise.
