The community exhibits the company’s architectural concepts via eight new single-family home designs. In any one of the model homes, a cooking demonstration will be conducted by a famous culinary brand from 2 to 3 p.m.

The architectural concepts offer an indoor to outdoor connectivity in order to provide home with natural light, and also provide large floor plans to produce an improved sense of flow from one room to another room. The areas where people spend most of their time are provided with large square footage. The traditional formal rooms will be replaced by casual and comfortable living areas. A large-sized kitchen will serve as a main hub for entertainment and gathering. The new home features a Colorado Room and an outdoor covered area and gives a chance to enjoy the weather in Colorado.

Craig Campbell, Colorado President at Standard Pacific Homes, stated that they are very happy to introduce the energy efficient and quality construction features into the new homes. Campbell further stated that these homes are designed with outdoor living spaces and solar panels in order to meet the requirement of today’s lifestyle.

These homes are ENERGY STAR certified, thus ensuring that homeowners can save energy cost by up to 30% when compared to an older resale home. The homes are competitively-priced. They are equipped with four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The company offers eight types of home designs from 2,266 to 3,554 sq. ft.

The homes are located within the premium master-planned community of Candelas. The community features bike paths, two LEED certified recreation centers, and large open areas.
