Associa Company and N.N. Jaeschke have jointly announced that they have acquired two large exterior repainting contracts through the Property Services Division of NNJ.
The contracts are for La Jolla Alta Master Association in La Jolla, California and Cambria Community Association located inside the campus of Del Mar Highlands Master Association. The contract was developed by Property Services Supervisor Josh Bradley who conducted negotiations with the Cambria Board of Directors and Maria Wright who is their Community Association Manager over a period of one year.
The La Jolla Alta Masters Association is located in the Mount Soledad area and contains five sub communities along with two saunas, two pools, five tennis courts, clubhouse and a fitness room. Cambria Community is a sub association of Del Mar Highlands Project which also has two pools and two tennis courts. Both the communities have close access to major shopping destinations, freeways and well-renowned schools.
NNJ CEO, Robert A. Felix commented that the company is thrilled to secure these major projects. The combination of their proficiency and the unique attributes of Cambria Community Association and the La Jolla Alta Master Association will result in excellent projects.
