San Jose, Costa Rica Architectural Firm, Sarco Architects, is helping clients save energy in their new luxury homes

This will lead to customer who are looking to buy new homes to be more cautious about energy usage in their new homes and will look out for alternative energy systems when they buy or build a luxury house.

A new method followed by the design company to address this issue is the usage of a new technology that can carry out a Building Energy Analysis during the architectural stage of the design phase. This technology helps in calculating the energy efficiency performance of the building starting from the design phase. This in turn will influence more than 80% of the decisions concerning the energy efficiency of the building. The architects can also evaluate various design alternatives and add other features such as lighting, equipment and other energy efficient systems to their designs to construct custom built luxury houses. Customers can also take assurance from the fact that their concerns regarding electricity usage will be addressed right from the design stage. Sarco Architects plans to open its services in Panama soon.
