Seeyond Launches “Thought Starters” at NeoCon 2012

US based Seeyond Architectural Solutions is introducing a new line of customizable “Thought Starter” concepts at NeoCon2012.

“Thought Starters” offers a head start to designers and architects for interior features and at the same time is customizable. According to the GM of Seeyond Architectural Solutions, though many clients give high importance to customised features, a majority of them prefer to start with an existing concept and build further on it in order to save time. The existing concept could be a curved wall or a column. The company will now offer a basic structure and feature which architects and designers can use to further build upon using their creativity.

The company is offering a wide range of options to this ready- made platform which is a one stop solution from idea to installation. Seeyond will offer 15 “Thought Starters” in five feature categories which are walls, facings, clouds, columns and enclosures. The company is also adding two options to its line of architectural features which are Solid Resin, a highly durable thermoplastic polyester and Metallic Composite, an aluminium composite material which is made of polyethylene core between two sheets of aluminium. Apart from this the company is also offering the Cellular Resin which is a highly resilient and lightweight recyclable plastic. The package from Seeyond uses an advanced three dimensional computer modelling application to enable designers to create unique features, fabricate the designs from flat stock to installation within the timeline and budgeted costs. The package also offers various options for custom colour, material applique, patterns and printed graphics from design to installation.
