Ryan Homes Inaugurates New Hartford Model in Genito Townes

US based homebuilding and Mortgage Company NVR has announced the formal inaugural of the new Hartford townhome model at the Genito Townes community located in Chesterfield, VA.

The community building was constructed by Ryan Homes which is a division of NVR. Genito Townes provides low maintenance homes which are priced at $180,000 and above.

The Hartford townhome model comes in two-level floor plan and comprises up to 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths. It comes with a single car garage and has other features such as a sunroom and tray ceilings. The model also comprises a large owner’s suite that includes a luxury bath and two walk-in closets. The community building provides easy access to Route 288, Powhite Parkway and I-95 and is in close proximity to sidewalks, restaurants and shops particularly Chesterfield Mall. The Genito Townes is Energy Star certified which mean that monthly utility bills will be lesser by 30% than regular homes. The homes also come with a 10 year structural warranty and are inspected to check quality by a third-party inspector. NVR operates its homebuilding business under the brand names of Ryan Homes, Fox Ridge Homes and NVHomes. The company operates in 27 metropolitan cities across 15 states in the country.
