Phoenix File + Pagidipati Extends its Office at Sanibel Island

Phoenix File & Pagidipati has declared the opening of a new office at the Sanibel Island, thus expanding its litigation, real estate and corporate services at the Island.

The building construction was begun in early February at the Islander Center, which is situated at 2407 Periwinkle Way. The roof of the facility was rebuilt to match the building ambience. The facility will be furbished according to Sanibel Island style and will have a sophisticated conference center, which will be offered for local businesses as well.

Jason File and Charles Phoenix are working for a long time with the Lee and Collier County clients. The new workplace will improve the business associations of the company and the expertise of the Phoenix-File team will be further utilized by the people residing in Sanibel Island.

Last November, the company was renamed after the entry of Jason File as a partner and recently, the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida has appointed Chuck Phoenix as a mediator.

According to the contractor Will Smith, Best Drywall, the construction is progressing as planned and may near completion in August.

The company provides legal services and solutions for dispute resolution, commercial litigation, reorganization and other purposes.
