Standard Pacific Homes Inaugurates Salem Village

US based Standard Pacific Homes has announced the formal opening of a new community building called Salem Village. The community village consists of 15 single family homes in three different architectural styles.

The three architectural collections include the Salem Village Cottage collection, the Salem Village Preserve Collection and the Salem Village Estate Collection. Houses from the Salem Village Cottage collection are priced at $250,000 and above and cover an area ranging from 1,702 sq. ft. to 2,613 sq. ft. These homes have up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms and include owner’s retreat floor plans in the first floor. The Salem Village collection comprises housing ranging from 2,203 sq. ft. to 3,337 sq. ft. and priced at $250,000 and above. These homes have up to six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The Salem Estate collection features houses covering an area of 2,554 sq. ft. to 3,614 sq. ft. and have up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms. These houses are priced at $300,000 and above and are offered in six new floor plans.

The community village is located next to shopping, dining and entertainment facilities and is at a distance of one mile from downtown Apex. The village is surrounded by rolling hills and offers biking and walking trails and also has access to the community clubhouse and pool. All the houses feature unique designs in terms of large spaces, walk-in closets and private bathrooms. Every house will also include optional features such as finished basements, walk-up attics and screened porches.

Standard Pacific Homes has constructed more than 115,000 family homes during its 46 year presence.
