Standard Pacific Homes, one of the largest homebuilders, has celebrated the grand opening of Southport at Heritage Lake on March 17. The company has introduced its Great Room centered layouts through four single-family home designs.
These single-family homes in the new community will range in size from 2,320 to 3,122 sq.ft and will contain six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each home will have a Great Room that connects the kitchen, dining area and family room to create connectivity inside the home. The homebuilder’s new home designs also feature enlarged bulk-item storage to enhance the organization of home.
Southport is the newest community within the 25-ac Heritage Lake master-planned community, which provides catch-and-release fishing as well as paddle boating. The community will have two A-rated schools for children. The Heritage Lake Club House in the community will create a family-centered atmosphere and offer a splash park, waterfront pool and tot lot. The community is situated close to the Citrus Heritage Park, Menifee Countryside Marketplace, which offers stores, restaurants and entertainment, and Temecula Valley.
Marty Langpap, Head of Standard Pacific Homes’ Inland Empire Division, said that the company is introducing all new home designs with flexible living spaces at Southport at Heritage Lake so that families can adjust their homes to suit their various requirements. He also stated that residents will have the option for adding an outside covered patio area that will enlarge the square footage of the home and give an opportunity to the residents to enjoy the beautiful weather of California.
